4 supplements that got me through lockdown that I still use now

  1. L-Tyrosine & Choline Bitrate

    There were days during the lockdown where I could not focus, not only on training but just what I’d do with my business and life after all this would end. Adding L-Tyrosine and Choline to by supplementation (especially before a workout) very much helped focus my mind to get a task done. Gone were the moments where I would think about giving up training or not attending a scheduled ZOOM or park session

  2. Ashwagandha

    This Ayurvedic herb has been in my supplementation for many years. Know to reduce cortisol (stress hormone) in the body to allow for better sleep, a more relaxed mood and greater vitality

  3. L-Citrulline

    This nitric oxide pump agent taken pre-workout is known to increase exercise capacity (it made my runs feel easier due to better nutrient delivery), boost immunity and decrease blood pressure.

  4. HYDROMAX Glycerol

    A very vain product for my last one, known to aid muslce volume to give myself and you the fuller muscle feeling and look. But the health benfits of this product include hyperhydration and increased muscular enduracce (less fatigue whilst training).
